A monthly dinner series in 2026 with Australia’s most iconic wineries.
For one night every month, Milk Beach Soho will partner with an iconic Australian winery to showcase a selection of their wines alongside a bespoke three course sharing menu crafted by Head Chef Alex Busca.
Each evening will be hosted by Wilem Powell (Head Sommelier from 2022 to 2024 at Peter Gilmore’s seminal Sydney restaurant, Quay) alongside a representative ambassador, owner or winemaker from the winery. Spaces are limited with up to 14 seats per event across one large table, providing an intimate setting for guests to indulge in the very best of Australian wine.

We are honoured to be joined by David Gleave MW, one of the UK’s most respected wine authorities and a co-founder of Liberty Wines, a leading importer representing some of the world’s finest producers. In 2005 David co-founded Willunga 100, an estate in McLaren Vale, focussing on old vine Grenache.
The evening will see David feature his wines alongside those of Steven Pannell, a neighbouring winemaker in the region. Expect a detailed study of site expression in McLaren and the surrounding regions from some of the oldest vines and most significant sites in South Australia.
The evening will showcase the wines alongside a three-course meal crafted by Milk Beach Head Chef Alex Busca. Spaces are limited to 14 seats, providing an intimate setting for guests to interact with each other and the hosts.

Across one unforgettable week, venues across the city will host one-of-a-kind events, exclusive menus, and immersive masterclasses, offering guests a unique chance to experience the very best of London’s hospitality industry, all through one programme.
Join us at Milk Beach for a tasting that celebrates Australian wine and cuisine. The evening will include a wine flight featuring celebrated wines from some of Australia's most iconic estates, paired with small bites showcasing Australian cuisine using seasonal British ingredients. The wines will highlight key Australian regions and styles.

Renowned for its historic cellars and some of the world’s oldest producing grapevines, Tahbilk stands as one of Australia’s few estates with such a long and rich history.
Joining us all the way from Nagambie Lakes in Victoria, this evening will be hosted by Jo Nash, who took over Tahbilk Winery as General Manager in 2021 and works closely with the winemaking team to continue the estate’s remarkable legacy spanning over 160 years.
Guests will enjoy a thoughtfully selected line-up of Tahbilk’s finest wines, complemented by a three-course meal crafted by Milk Beach Head Chef Alex Busca. Spaces are limited to 14 seats, providing an intimate setting for guests to interact with each other and the hosts.

Two familiar faces at Milk Beach, Ryan Hancock and Sacha Timeus have both hosted incredible Toast Australia dinners in the past, representing Vasse Felix (Margaret River) and Torbreck (Barossa) respectively. For this special, one-off event, they will co-host an evening putting two of Australia’s giants toe-to-toe.

Alkina Estate is dedicated to Grenache, terroir expression, regenerative farming, and minimal-intervention winemaking—pioneering a new direction for the Barossa Valley. Over the course of the evening, founder and winemaker Amelia Nolan will present a selection of Alkina’s wines.
The wines are truly distinctive—elegant, restrained, and ethereal, yet underpinned by a tension that makes them deeply compelling.
