Who we are

Milk Beach is a modern Australian restaurant and bar located in the beautiful Ilona Rose House building, found down a passageway off Greek Street in Soho, London.

Australian cuisine is wonderful combination of Mediterranean ingredient-led cooking; southeast Asian heat and flavours; fresh seafood; and a culture of cooking over fire.

Australian wines are now some of the best in the world and Milk Beach is the place to experience them, with a 120 bin list dedicated to showcasing the very best winemakers across the country.

We look forward to meeting you.

“A little slice of Sydney in London.”

Australian Coffee

Anyone who’s been to Sydney or Melbourne know that coffee is a big part of Australian culture and that we take our coffee very seriously. The founder’s of Milk Beach started a London based coffee roastery called Album Coffee Roasters in 2022 that supplies the restaurant with freshly roasted coffee every week. Head Roaster, Matthew Robley-Siemonsma, is a two-time UK Coffee Roasting Champion whose his life passion is a quest for uncovering great tasting coffees.

Australian Wine

Australia wins more medals at international wine awards per hectare grown than any other country. Wine regions from the Barossa Valley to Margaret River now produce some of the best wines in the world. However finding great Aussie wines in London is not that easy.

We’re proud to showcase great Australian wines to a London audience with a list almost solely dedicated to Australian winemakers. We also host our monthly Toast Australia dinner series in partnership with a leading Australian vineyard.
