Wine Tasting Night - Rosé: Beyond Provence
Wednesday 17 September | 5:30pm onwards | Milk Beach Queen’s Park
Explore new wines and hidden gems with our Head of Wine, Yvonne Ho. Each session features five unique pours, great conversation, and zero fuss.
£45 per person
Yes, Provence made it famous. But rosé goes far beyond the famed pale pink style.
Some of the most interesting rosés today are made with purpose. These aren’t just summer patio sippers; they’re textured, complex, and built to be taken seriously.
This tasting explores rosés with attitude, unexpected styles from unexpected places. If you’ve ever dismissed rosé as too sweet, too light, or just not your thing, this is the night that might change your mind.
Five pours. Fresh perspectives. Very good snacks.

Toast Australia - Arras
Wednesday 29 October | 6:30pm start | Milk Beach Soho

Join us for an unforgettable evening at Milk Beach Soho for Toast Australia, a dinner series with Australia's most iconic wineries.
House of Arras, founded in 1995, is recognized as Australia’s top sparkling wine producer. Located in Tasmania’s cool climate, they carefully source fruit from the island’s east coast and use the traditional French Champagne method, producing wines that some believe surpass Champagne.
Our host, Ed Carr, started working on the project in 1988, and no one knows the Arras story better than him. Described as a “quietly spoken genius”, expect a night to be remembered as we raise a glass to celebrate the 30th anniversary of House of Arras.
The evening will feature a selection of Arras’ premium wines, paired with a three course meal from Milk Beach Head Chef Alex Busca. Spaces are limited to 20 seats across two large tables, providing an intimate setting for guests to interact with each other and the hosts.
